What’s new
- Delete workspace in Settings > Workspace. The Owner types the workspace’s name to confirm. Admins and Members see the button dimmed, with the Owner’s name, so they know who to ask.
- Locked for everyone straight away. The workspace leaves every member’s workspace menu, members are moved to another workspace they belong to, and share links and pending invitations stop working.
- Restore for 30 days. Deleted workspaces are listed under Scheduled for deletion in Settings > Workspace, each with its date. Click Restore and everyone has access again.
- Your only workspace too. If it’s the last workspace you have, Bower asks you to name a new one first, so you’re never left without one.
Notes
- Billing stops renewing when you delete the workspace, and the plan stays paid until the end of the current period. Restoring turns renewal back on, unless you had already canceled the plan yourself.
- After 30 days, everything in the workspace is permanently deleted. A record that it existed and was deleted is kept for compliance, without the content of your notes, file names, or titles.
