What changed
- Typography — DM Sans for body copy, Playfair Display for headings. The pairing is grounded and academic without being austere.
- Colour palette — a refined accent system that reads cleanly in both light and dark mode, with stronger contrast on the surfaces that matter (artifact titles, action buttons, status banners).
- Logo and favicon — new mark across the app, browser tab, mobile home screen, and email comms.
