  • Tap-to-dictate in the Bower Chat input on both desktop and mobile.
  • Live transcription — the words appear in the input as you speak, so you can correct mid-sentence.
  • Edit before sending — dictation populates the input field, not the send button. You always have a chance to read what Bower heard before Bower responds.

Why this matters

The friction of typing on mobile is the main reason people don’t ask Bower the harder questions on the bus. Dictation removes it. The same speech recognition that powers voice capture handles your prompts, so technical vocabulary maps correctly.
