Sign-in method

Bower uses email and password authentication. Create an account with your email address and set a password during sign-up.

Changing your password

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Security.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter your new password.
  4. Click Save.

Resetting a forgotten password

If you can’t sign in:
  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset link.
  4. Click the link and set a new password.
The reset link expires after a limited time. If it’s expired, request a new one.

Signing out

To sign out, go to Settings > Account > Security and click Sign out. This signs you out of the current device only — other sessions remain active.

Account security tips

  • Use a strong, unique password that you don’t reuse elsewhere.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and check the audit logs for unexpected activity.
