Why this page is a pointer

Until August 2026 the Terms existed in two hand-maintained copies, here and on the website. They drifted: the two versions named different governing jurisdictions, which is a defect in the dispute-resolution clause rather than a formatting difference. There is now one copy, and this page points at it rather than restating it. The same applies to the Privacy Policy.

What is still explained here

The Trust Center covers how the commitments in the Terms are implemented:
  • AI and your data: which providers process what, and what is retained
  • Restricted mode: the controls that apply to PHI and other sensitive workspaces
  • Sub-processors: every third party that processes data on our behalf
  • Data privacy: encryption, workspace isolation, access control, deletion
