# Where you can use Bower

> Bower runs on your computer, on your phone, and on Bower Glasses. Here's what each one is for and how to get it.

Bower is one workspace that you reach from three places. Everything you capture syncs between them, so a photo you take at the bench is on your computer by the time you sit down.

## On your computer

Open [app.bowerlabs.ai](https://app.bowerlabs.ai) in your browser. This is where you set up your workspace, invite your team, write and organize notes, import files, and ask Bower questions across everything you've captured.

Live agent mode doesn't run on a computer. When you're ready to try it, get the Bower app on your phone (links below). The onboarding checklist also shows a QR code that takes your phone to the right store.

## On your phone

The Bower app is the best way to use Bower on your phone. Sign in with the same account you use on your computer.

The app is also how you pair and set up [Bower Glasses](/bower-glasses/overview), and it keeps captures on your phone if you lose signal at the bench.

If you'd rather not install an app, you can [use Bower in your phone's browser](/getting-started/install-pwa) instead.

## On Bower Glasses

Bower Glasses run on Mentra Live smart glasses and pair with the Bower app. They have a camera, microphones, and speakers, and no display. Press the button, or say *"Take a photo"* or *"Start recording"*, to capture. Press and hold, or say *"Go live"*, to talk to Bower. Both hands stay on your work.
