# Better attachment viewing

> Split-view for comparing OCR notes with their source attachment, DOCX preview, and a proper photo lightbox.

Three updates to how Bower presents attachments — small individually, much
better together when you're working through a backlog of files.

## What's new

* **Split-view for OCR notes** — open a note created from a photo and
  Bower shows the extracted note on one side, the original image on the
  other. Cross-reference values, verify edge cases, edit either pane.
* **DOCX preview** — Word documents (`.docx`) preview inline rather than
  forcing a download. Read the contents in Bower; download only if you
  need to edit.
* **PhotoSwipe lightbox** — clicking an image attachment opens a proper
  full-screen viewer with pinch-to-zoom, swipe between images, and a
  clean dismiss. The web's standard image-viewing pattern, where it
  belongs.

## Try it

Open any image attachment — the lightbox kicks in on click. For OCR
notes, the split-view appears automatically when there's a source
attachment to compare against.
